Electro Dynamic Corporation

Electro Dynamic Corporation, founded in 1880, was a pioneering manufacturer of electric motors, generators, and propulsion systems for U.S. Navy submarines and other military and industrial applications. As a subsidiary of Electric Boat and later General Dynamics, the company became renowned for producing high-quality electromechanical components before its operations were consolidated in 2000.
